{NATURE GALLERY} Praying Mantis Hatching
I experienced a tiny miracle...
I was having a serious aphid problem in my garden this spring, I mean, these guys were MUNCHING! I mentioned this to a friend, and he gave me this tiny little ball, inside of a plastic bag and I was told hundreds of little babies would come out and I would know what to do with it.
So, I waited. Day after day, not having a clue what was going to come out of this tiny little nugget- and then one day, he was right!! Mantis babies by the hundreds!! Ready to munch up all of those aphids to prevent me from having to spray harsh chemicals! Organic gardening is such a miracle. I am absolutely amazed by the connectivity of the creatures of this planet.
Of course, the first thing I did was grab my camera. :) ENJOY!
